Scheduling
Our guest services coordinators are always available during our hours of operation. We also recommend that you book future appointments at checkout to get your preferred dates and times.

 

Pricing
We put a lot of time in to our service pricing to give you the best value because with out you we have nothing. All of the prices are starting prices. If for any reason they would be any extra charges you will be told upfront the reason for it and given an option. We do use a tiered pricing structure. No bait n switch pricing here!

 

Sales, Disount & Deals
Unless otherwise stated our sales, promotions and LOYALTY clubs are not able to be combined or transferred.

 

Discount Programs
Earn points for your retail and service purchases, redeemable for valuable rewards. Ask us for the latest details.

 

Corporate Services

We specialize in corporate services from gifts to on-site visits. Let us customize a gift card program to thank customers, recognize employees or to use as part of an incentive initiative.

 

Payment
We accept debit and ATM cards, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cameo’s Gift Cards and cash. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

 

Cancellations
Please advise us 24 hours in advance to cancel or change your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. Your punctuality will be appreciated by our team and by other clients. If you are late we may have to reschedule your visit or end your current visit early as not to inconvenience other clients. NOTE: 2 no shows will put you on a prepay status, we aren’t being jerks but this is how we put food on the table and wasted working hours means our kids starve!

 

Courtesy
Please help us maintain the atmosphere by muting cell phones and beepers yes people really still have beepers.

 

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of individual services or gift certificate (unless they are packages).

 

New Clients
We’re looking forward to introducing you to the Cameo’s experience. A guest services coordinator will greet you upon arrival to assist you during your initial visit. We want to hear from you, so please provide us with feedback on your visit to our salon. We are committed to your satisfaction with every service. Please let us know how we can make your experience better.

 

Children
General children arent a good idea to have at your appointment. Do to the amount of time you you will be in the salon children tend to get restless and fussy. This does impact others and distracts from there time with us. We ask that you please make arrangements for you children or if they do come and become disruptive we may have to end your visit early. Dont forget this is their chance to relax and unwind too.

 

Alcoholic Beverages 
We pride ourselves on the Cameo’s experience. If you are coming for a spa day visit or in the case of a bridal party you are more than welcome to bring your own drinks. We provide with certain services an alcoholic beverage of your choice with a single drink maximum. THEY CAN NOT BE PURCHASED.
